OUR RANGE

 

Hilldale Estate Wines is a boutique winery growing the Viognier and Shiraz varietals. With these two grapes we are able to produce in total around 1,000 bottles a year of a dry Viognier, a Rosé and a Shiraz red. These are true Estate Wines - they have been grown, processed and bottled on the property. The medium climate, volcanic soil and heavily frosted winters leave a distinctive terroir in the bottle. Only the bottled wine leaves the property.
